Effect Description:
- Creates a new race called Leyborne with two custom traits, Arcane as the positive trait, and Ethereal as the negative trait. This race cannot be created by any method other than this wonder - Pops and characters with a race that is a construct or mana being can be racially converted one at a time to Leyborne by performing a DC 10 mech RP and paying 10 nation magic - When the majority of pops in a nation become Leyborne, the nation ruler has the choice to make the primary race of the nation Leyborne, and they cannot convert before that time New Positive Trait (Arcane): - Reduce the casting cost of character spells by 1, and reduce the casting cost of nation magic spells by 1 per 10 pops of this race in the nation, to a minimum of 2 - War casting no longer gives a stacking penalty to future war casting New Negative Trait (Ethereal): - Can only have magical units - Units must be on or next to magic nodes at all times or they are destroyed - Nation can only control territory on or next to magic nodes - Characters of this race cannot go farther than 1 tile from a magic node at any time - Characters of this race cannot die of old age - Characters of this race cannot be healed without the use of a spell or artifact - Characters of this race take an additional health state whenever they are injured - All food consumption is replaced with magic consumption at a rate of 2 food to 1 magic → - Creates a new race called Leyborne with two custom traits, Arcane as the positive trait, and Ethereal as the negative trait.
